The PF 300 Flow Gel enables you to easily decant 300g of carb into a single bottle or flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels, or a little over 3 x PF 90 Gels.
It's been developed to flow more freely than Precision Fuel standard gel, so there's no need to add any water. Simply decant it into your bottle and sip on it as required to hit your numbers.
Flow Gel works best with a Flow Bottle or Flow Flask. Use the graduated scale on the side to easily track how much fuel you're taking in. We tested hundreds of bottles and flasks to find the one with the best flow.
